Food from Southern Italy & The Amalfi Coast

Experience a true Italian feast with ingredients from the sun-soaked Mediterranean. We will be making Focaccia Pugliese, Orecchiette Pasta and a delicious Peperonata salad, all from the region of Puglia. We will also make Sea Bream in Crazy Water and the famous sandwich – Mozzarella in Carrozza from Naples. And lastly as one of your take homes dishes, Melanzana alla parmigiana from Sicily. .
Full day hands on course. Includes – tuition from a professional chef, all ingredients, laminated recipe cards, aprons, three course lunch with wine, a dish for two to take home, and even someone to wash up!
