Christmas BBQ Masterclass

New for 2025! Jack our head chef has come up with a cracking menu for anyone who has a Kamado style BBQ and is planning to entertain over Christmas ‘al fresco’ to impress friends and family with some delicious, smoked, tender dishes. This Kamado style of cooking can draw the very best out of quality ingredients. If ever there’s a time for that, it’s Christmas Day.
As with our other BBQ courses, all food cooked and prepared will be eaten on the day. Please wrap up warm as some of the cooking will be outdoors, but we will be eating inside 🙂 Free mulled wine, fizzy and beer included.

• Devils on horseback- sage
