Easter On The Big Green Egg

Join us this Bank Holiday Monday on a one off Easter Special course on our Big Green Eggs. We will be making some mouthwatering smoked and charred dishes, perfect for entertaining with family and friends this Spring.
So if you want to learn more about cooking on a Kamado style bbq , then come and join us for a fabulous hands on day of cooking over coals.
As per our other BBQ courses you will learn how to light your bbq, what fuel to use and the secrets behind cooking succulent roast and smoked dishes.
This is a hands on course and dishes will be eaten during the course and refreshments will be provided, including of course the obligatory beer.
