Today our Indian chef\, Kirna Amin\,  will show you how to blend spices to suit your own palate and how easy it is to adapt recipes to give a healthier alternative to takeaways and bland supermarket ready meals. \nPlease note this course can easily be adapted to suit a vegan diet too.  So please just let us know when booking. \nYou will sit down and enjoy some of your dishes you prepare for lunch with a glass of wine or beer\, and the rest take home and enjoy or just pop in the freezer! \nSample dishes:\n• Vegetable Pakoras\n• Pav Bhaji\n• Ragda Petis  (Spicy Potato Cakes with Chickpea Curry)\n• Date & Tamarind Chutney\n• Paratha Bread\n• Ringan Ravaiya (stuffed new potato and baby aubergine curry)\n• Moong Dal & Spinach Curry\n• Saffron & Pistachio Ice Cream \n\nFull day hands on course.
